Upload Disclaimer

This upload disclaimer explains the responsibilities that apply when artists or users submit music and related materials to Sphyre.

Last updated: 2026

Uploader Responsibility

By uploading or submitting content to Sphyre, you confirm that you are responsible for the track, artwork, title, description, profile information, and any other materials you provide.

You should not upload content unless you are the owner or have permission from all required rights holders.

Rights and Clearances

You are responsible for clearing copyrights, publishing rights, master recording rights, sample permissions, performer permissions, artwork rights, name and likeness rights, and any other permissions needed for your upload.

This includes beats, samples, loops, remixes, collaborations, cover art, and any third-party material included in or connected to your track.

Prohibited Uploads

Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights, contains unlawful material, impersonates another artist, includes harmful code, or promotes harassment, hate, exploitation, threats, or abuse.

Sphyre may remove, hide, or restrict uploads that appear to violate this disclaimer, platform requirements, copyright rules, or safety expectations.

Review and Availability

Sphyre may review uploads for technical, copyright, safety, or platform-compliance reasons. Uploading content does not guarantee that it will be published, promoted, indexed, or remain available.

Some upload features may be in early testing or coming soon and may change before broader release.
