Sphyre Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to activity occurring through Sphyre's services and are intended to support compliance with applicable child-safety laws and platform policies.

Users can report concerning users, posts, messages, tracks, profiles, or other content using Sphyre's in-app reporting tools. Urgent child-safety concerns may also be emailed to the Child Safety Contact below.

Do not download, copy, save, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Include as much information as possible in a report without attaching or forwarding suspected illegal material.

Credible child-safety reports are treated as high-priority safety matters. Depending on the circumstances, Sphyre may:

• Restrict or remove reported content
• Temporarily restrict accounts during review
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in child exploitation or serious child-safety violations
• Preserve relevant account, content, and technical information when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or reporting

Sphyre prohibits the creation, upload, possession, distribution, sharing, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Suspected CSAM is handled with restricted access. Sphyre personnel should not unnecessarily download, copy, redistribute, or share suspected CSAM.

Accounts involved in CSAM may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated, and content may be removed. Confirmed or otherwise legally reportable CSAM or child sexual exploitation will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline or the appropriate regional or national authority as required by applicable law. Not every user report is automatically reported to NCMEC.

Situations indicating that a child may be in immediate danger may be escalated to appropriate law enforcement or emergency authorities. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or appropriate law-enforcement authorities directly.

Sphyre does not permit adults or other users to use the service to:

• Groom minors
• Solicit sexual material from minors
• Engage minors in sexually explicit conversations
• Arrange exploitative or inappropriate sexual encounters
• Threaten, blackmail, or sexually exploit minors
• Encourage self-generated sexual content involving minors

Violations of these standards may result in:

• Content removal
• Feature restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reports to appropriate authorities where required
