Sphyre Policy
Terms of Service
These placeholder Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using Sphyre during early public review and testing.
Last updated: 2026
Service Status
Sphyre is a music discovery and social app where artists can share tracks and listeners can discover, save, banger, share, and connect around music. Some features may be in testing, limited preview, or marked as coming soon.
These terms are intended for early review and testing and may be updated before a broader public launch.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information, profile details, comments, tracks, artwork, links, and other content you provide through Sphyre.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use Sphyre for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive activity.
Music Uploads and Rights
If you upload or submit music, artwork, names, descriptions, or other creative materials, you must own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to share it.
You keep ownership of content you own, but you grant Sphyre permission to host, display, process, preview, and make that content available as needed to operate and improve the service.
Prohibited Content
Do not upload or share content that infringes copyright or other rights, impersonates another person, includes malware, promotes harassment, or contains unlawful, exploitative, hateful, threatening, or sexually abusive material.
Sphyre may remove content, limit access, or take other reasonable action when content appears to violate these terms or creates legal, safety, or platform-review concerns.
No Professional Advice
These placeholder terms are provided for early review and testing and are not legal advice. Final policies may change as Sphyre prepares for broader availability.
