Ownership and Permission
Users who upload music, artwork, names, images, text, or other creative materials must own that content or have all licenses, clearances, and permissions needed to share it through Sphyre.
Uploading content to Sphyre does not transfer copyright ownership to Sphyre. The uploader remains responsible for the content they provide.
Infringing Content
Do not upload tracks, samples, remixes, artwork, cover images, lyrics, or other materials if you do not have the rights needed to use them.
Sphyre may remove or restrict access to content that appears to infringe copyright or other rights, especially during review, testing, or app-store/platform compliance checks.
Reporting Copyright Concerns
To report a copyright concern, include the track title, artist or username, relevant links, a description of the copyrighted work, your contact information, and a statement explaining why you believe the content is unauthorized.
Reports should be sent to the support contact listed below. Sphyre may request additional information before taking action.
Repeat or Abusive Conduct
Sphyre may limit or remove access for users who repeatedly submit infringing content or misuse copyright reporting tools.
False, misleading, or bad-faith reports may interfere with artists and listeners and may result in action on the reporting account where appropriate.
